Two churches are being established currently by the NARBC and Baptist Church Planters – Bennington Baptist Church and Chalco Hills Baptist Church. These new ministries became a reality due to the vision and recruiting efforts of Pastor Roger Ridley who was a faithful church planter serving with the Baptist Church Planters mission.

The ministry in Bennington was begun in 2006 by Pastor and Mrs. Peter Jenks who serve under the BCP mission. They were assisted by members of the Gretna Baptist Church who volunteered to attend and serve in the new work. In February of 2007, seventeen signed the church charter. Mr. and Mrs. Eric Wilmeth of the BCP mission are assisting in the ministry. Currently, the church family is holding services in the local high school.

The newest ministry of the NARBC is Chalco Hills Baptist Church which was launched in the fall of 2008 by Pastor and Mrs. Blane Barfknecht. He is an associate pastor at Gretna Baptist Church, serves with the BCP mission, and is helped by members of this same church who volunteered to attend and serve there. At this time, this ministry is meeting in a local school in the southwest Millard area.
